Paul Long – Owner Extraordinaire
Not just your average car dealership owner, Paul has been a regular customer at Flipnotics for many years. Paul bought Flipnotics in April of 2009, and has taken great strides to give her the loving care that she deserves. Whether it’s fixing floors, renovating the kitchen, or nurturing potted plants on the patio, Paul is a hands on kind of guy that can be found in the shop every day. He loves to meet the regulars, so make sure to say hi and introduce yourself!
Lisa Kettyle – Coffee Maven – General Manager
Lisa Kettyle has been slingin’ coffee with roast masters and philosophers for six years and counting. Lisa comes to Flipnotics from indie coffee houses in both Philadelphia and Raleigh that inspired her nerd love of everything coffee and tea. She spends her time reading up on coffee and talking about coffee – often while drinking coffee. You can also find Lisa makin’ music, book lovin’, writin’ and travelin’ all bluesy like when she is (rarely) not at Flips. lisa@flipnotics.com
Our Crew
Our crew includes artists, musicians, cyclists, and pretty much all around awesome folks. Our rad baristas brew a killer shot of espresso and are always learning new things. Many of our employees have been with us for years and love Flips as if it was their very own.
We’ve invested a lot of our time into training, training and more training. Our baristas serve some of the best drinks in town in a laid back environment. Stop in and say hello today!
